$10.00 minimum order. All items are limited quantities. First come first served. All items are subject to prior sale. Equipment is bench-checked before shipment except items marked "as-is", "tech special" etc. Returns for any reason must be cleared through our office. Unless otherwise noted or advised, accessories are included. Shipping charges will be added. Shipments are F.O.B. Chicago, Illinois. Truck freight, air express, or other special shipping methods charged at prevailing rates. Appropriate sales tax will be collected from those without Illinois ROTC or tax exemption number on file with our office. C.O.D. shipments are money order or other certified instrument. Other payment arrangements can be made with our office. Returned checks will be charged a fee of $25.00. The equipment offered herein whether new, used, or reconditioned is sold as used equipment. The equipment may be new in factory-boxed condition or have been repaired or reconditioned using parts from the original manufacturer, or from another source, or from other equipment. Its original manufacturer does not express or imply any warranty on the equipment herein offered and nothing is to be construed that this is an original product from the original manufacturer. Any warranty claims should be directed to our office in writing with appropriate documentation i.e. copies of invoices etc., showing date of purchase, delivery date and reason for such claim. In addition, batteries and antennas on any used equipment are NOT warrantable items. They are as-is regardless of warranty offered on used equipment.
